For example, in vanilla theaters provided a lot of public order, +7 on tier 2 I believe, and religous buildings gave you at least 5 on the same level. It seems as though all the public order increasing buildings have been nerfed from their vanilla counterparts and even high level Public order buildings provide minimal bonuses. While I'm enjoying much of what the mod has to offer I'm finding it difficult to keep public order in the positives, even 40+ turns into the game (Playing as Abbasid Caliphate).
